I was very disappointed to NOT receive a draft of the artwork as promised. After the picture had been shipped I received an email saying that since I never responded to the email with the artwork draft your company had completed the work and had shipped it. I NEVER received an email saying the proof was ready!! Since I was giving this as a gift to my son and his wife I wanted to make sure it was perfect. And after seeing the completed piece I can tell you I WOULD have made changes. They, on the other hand, were happy with the piece - or they were just being kind.

Fantastic picture- all of my friends who visit have a great laugh at how ridiculous this is.
I advise being very careful before ordering as customer service can be a it slow to respond.
I will say however, they gave me a full refund on the photo I did not like.

I couldn't be more pleased with the Viking portrait of my Swedish husband and he loved it too! It came very quickly and was beautifully done, but there was one small problem. I was disappointed that they didn't depict his very blue eyes that I adore. I wrote them about my disappointment and they immediately sent me a new, corrected portrait at no cost.
